Orders ship from our Australian warehouse the next working day after payment clears. Outside peak season, delivery usually takes about 3–8 working days in Victoria, 5–10 working days in NSW, SA, ACT and QLD, and 7–14 working days in WA, NT and TAS. Allow a few extra days during peak season. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Most furniture ships free within Australia. A small number of items can't be delivered to some remote postcodes or have an extra delivery fee there. Any extra cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes. We accept change-of-mind requests within 14 days of delivery for items in their original packaging. Email us photos of the item first, and don't send it back until we approve the return. The refund is the order total minus the original postage, return postage and a 20% restocking fee. See our Refund Policy.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos or a video of the damage. We'll review it and arrange a fix, usually a replacement part, a replacement item or a refund. Phone 03 9000 0168 or email info@tanstella.com.au.

Yes. Our furniture comes with a manufacturer's warranty. To make a claim, contact us with your proof of purchase and details of the issue, and we'll guide you through repair, replacement or refund.

Yes. Choose Afterpay, Laybuy or PayPal Pay in 4 at checkout to split your purchase into interest-free payments. See Buy Now, Pay Later for how each one works.

In-stock orders go into processing straight away, so they can't be cancelled once placed. If you no longer want the item, you can request a change-of-mind return after it arrives. Pre-orders can be cancelled for free if they miss the advertised ETA by more than one week.

Larger and heavier items are sent with couriers that need a street address, so please use a residential or business address rather than a PO Box. If you won't be home, the courier will contact you to arrange delivery.
